Put pressure on the city to start development on the Mira Mesa Community Park Expansion Phase 2.
Protecting the Mira Mesa Community Fund and creating a more equitable process to submit requests to use these funds. Every resident should have a voice. This will allow us to make some of the ideas from this meeting’s dream board a reality. We also need to make sure that these funds are not classified under the Mayor’s directive to spend “legacy” funds based on the Grand Jury report on DIF funds.
Voicing our collective anger and frustration about creating a recreation center in 3Roots before the new recreation center in the Mira Mesa Community Park Expansion, Phase 3. We have waited too long on our park, 3Roots cannot jump the line ahead of the Mira Mesa Community park.
